Caffeine can be a useful tool for training - when you use it properly.

It can help with:

🥊Training intensity

But more isn’t always better. Timing, dosage, and tolerance all matter.

If you’re relying on caffeine just to get through sessions, it might be a sign your sleep, nutrition or recovery need adjusting.
