Thank you for keeping us so busy and well done to our amazing team for working so hard with no air conditioning it’s been a challenge to say the least.

The heatwave has hit and our beautiful creations will need a little extra TLC this week.

Here’s our top tips for keeping them safe between the bakery and your event destination…

1) refrigerate as long as you can
2) transport in air conditioning (car is best)
3) use the passenger footwell for safety and coolest
4) keep out of direct sunlight
5) we will be adding a layer of delicious Belgian ganache to give stability to your cakes.
