Lyrical is a beautiful style that combines the elegance and technique of Ballet with the energy and freedom of Modern Jazz, all brought to life through emotional expression.

Dancers use continuous, fluid movements to interpret the music. It requires strength, flexibility, co-ordination, and an emotional connection to the music. While technique is important, the magic of Lyrical lies in the musicality and personal expression of the dancer. Through this fusion of movement and music, Lyrical offers dancers the opportunity to express what words cannot and connect with the music from the heart.

What a fantastic exam session we had yesterday…⭐️⭐️⭐️

A huge well done to everyone that took part. It was a long day but, as always, we are, super proud of you all…💙

Everyone enjoyed the experience - whether they chose colouring, squeezing in some last minute practice, or simply taking a moment to relax until it was their turn to head into the exam. From beginning to end, there were big smiles and super support for each other. We finished the day with a small medal test and you all did a great job…💙

Thank you so much to our amazing families for your continued support and we are very grateful for all our lovely flowers and gifts…❤️

As we come to the end of another fantastic term, we’re looking back on so many wonderful memories we’ve made together. It’s been a term full of hard work, laughter and lots of achievements to celebrate.

We finish next week with our exam session, and we want to wish everyone the very best of luck. You’ve all worked incredibly hard and we’re so proud of everything you’ve accomplished.

We’re also sad to be saying goodbye to Miss Emily as she begins an exciting new chapter at University. Thank you for everything you’ve done - you’ll be greatly missed by us all. We wish you every success and happiness in this new adventure. Come back and see us soon. ❤️

It’s been a tough week with soaring temperatures…😅 but we are very lucky to have air conditioning in our studio at Cotswold Sport Centre. Thank you guys, it’s been a welcome relief.

A huge well done to all of our dancers that made it to classes this week, it wasn’t easy…
A big thank you to our wonderful dance families for making sure everyone arrived with their water bottles and stayed hydrated throughout the week. Your support is always appreciated.
