Completing the identity check in the “UK Immigration: ID Check” app does not necessarily mean that the entire eVisa linking process has been completed. Return to the UKVI website and complete any remaining steps.

出发前，请再次登录UKVI账户，确认能够正常查看eVisa，并检查当前使用的护照已经正确关联。账户中的护照资料还应与向航空公司提供的旅客信息一致。
Before travelling, sign in to your UKVI account, confirm that you can access your eVisa and check that your current passport is correctly linked. Your passport details should also match the passenger information provided to your carrier.

Many international students and visitors may not realise that photographing strangers and posting the images online is not viewed as acceptable in the UK.

The UK places a strong emphasis on privacy. Respecting another person's privacy is not only good manners, but also an important part of British legal and social culture.

英国 Home Office 最近发布提醒：未经他人许可，不应拍摄或录像他人，包括街道、公园等公共场所；未经同意传播他人的私密照片或视频，更属于严重犯罪。同时还指出，此类行为可能导致警方介入；对于寻求庇护者，还可能影响其庇护支持及庇护申请。
The UK Home Office has reminded people not to photograph or film others without their permission, including in public places. Sharing intimate images without consent is a serious criminal offence. The guidance also states that such behaviour may result in police action and, for asylum seekers, may affect asylum support and their asylum claim.

🇬🇧英国 Right to Work checks：执法加强，2026年10月起适用范围将扩大！

From 1 October 2026, UK Right to Work requirements will extend to a wider range of working arrangements. Businesses using gig workers, individual subcontractors or online matching platforms should review their checking procedures and contractual arrangements before the changes take effect.

Home Office正在加强针对非法工作的执法。Right to Work 制度将覆盖更广泛的工作安排，部分worker、个人分包商及通过在线平台匹配的工作人员也可能纳入核查范围。

使用零工、配送人员、个人承包商或平台工作人员的企业，应提前检查：

■ 入职或开始工作前的核查程序是否正确
■ 在线share code是否通过指定的GOV.UK服务验证
■ 限时居留人员是否安排了适当的后续检查
■ Right to Work记录是否得到妥善保存
■ 中介、分包商及平台用工的合同关系是否清晰
■ 现有程序能否覆盖2026年10月起扩大的适用范围

企业不能只根据“是否为正式员工”判断核查责任。建议在新规则生效前审查现有用工结构和合规程序。

英国移民规则下最常见的标准访问签证（Standard Visitor Visa），涵盖旅游、探亲、商务、短期学习、学术访问及医疗等多种不同目的。

访问签证看似申请流程透明、材料要求明确，实际审批却具有很强的个案判断属性。从访问目的、职业背景、收入来源，到资金流向和回国约束力，每一个环节都可能隐藏容易被忽视的风险点。一项看似普通的材料错误，也可能影响签证官对整份申请真实性和可信度的判断。

近期，一例由我们作为客户的移民法律代表递交的英国访问签证申请获得UKVI批准。

客户是一名中小企业经营者，其个人收入、企业经营资金与银行账户往来相互交织，原有材料难以清楚呈现真实的职业和经济状况。

Acorn UK英国移民法律团队重新梳理了客户的职业、经营、收入及资金流结构，调整工作证明，核对银行记录与支持文件，并完成申请说明信（Cover Letter）、移民法律代表函（Legal Representative Letter）、文件翻译及最终专业审核。

最终，由我们的移民法律代表完成签字并代表客户向UKVI递交申请，签证顺利获批。

复杂申请的关键不是堆叠材料，而是发现问题、解释资金、统一事实，并建立完整的证据逻辑。

The Standard Visitor Visa is the most commonly used route under the UK Visitor Rules. It covers a wide range of purposes, including tourism, visiting family and friends, business activities, short-term study, academic visits and medical treatment.

Although the application process may appear transparent and the document requirements straightforward, each application requires a highly case-specific assessment. The purpose of the visit, professional background, sources of income, movement of funds and reasons to return home can all affect how UKVI assesses the credibility of the application. Even an apparently minor documentary inconsistency may influence the overall assessment.

A recent UK Standard Visitor visa application submitted by Acorn UK as the client’s immigration legal representative was granted by UKVI.

The client was a small business owner whose personal income, business funds and bank transactions were closely interconnected. The original documents did not clearly demonstrate the client’s genuine professional and financial circumstances.

The Acorn UK immigration legal team reviewed and reconstructed the client’s employment, business, income and financial evidence. We revised the employment documentation, reconciled the bank transactions with the supporting evidence, prepared a tailored Cover Letter and Legal Representative Letter, completed the required translations and conducted the final professional review.

The application was signed and submitted to UKVI by our immigration legal representative and was subsequently granted.

Complex applications are not resolved by simply submitting more documents. The key is to identify the issues, explain the source and movement of funds, ensure consistency and present a clear, coherent evidential structure.
