Planowane na niedzielę nurkowanie zostało odwołane już w sobotę, jednak zdecydowaliśmy się wybrać do Portland i po prostu zobaczyć miejsce. Marina, z której mieliśmy startować wygląda bardzo poważnie. Dwa kroki od niej jest Portland Bill, czyli jedna z lokalnych latarni morskich. Pól kroku od latarni można poczuć potęgę morza siedząc na skałach w tym przy . Odwiedziliśmy też małe loklane Portland Museum, niewielkie a zasobne w co najmniej kilka wyjątkowych eksponatów. Wychwalana wszędzie , to było pewnego rodzaju wyzwanie :) Jest wielka i piękna, ale do spacerowania po miliardach otoczaków, a zwłaszcza wchodzenie po nich pod górę, to niezly fitnes :)
Nie ma tego złego - rekonesans zrobiony i wiadomo czego się spodziewać, gdy przyjdzie pora na nura...

ps. Wokół Isle of Portland - jak dowiedzieliśmy się w muzeum - jest zlokalizowanych ok. 400 wraków.
