🎶 We can't wait for the Heights Summer Concert Assembly! ☀️🎵

In just a couple of weeks, we'll be back at The Heights Primary School for another exciting Summer Concert Assembly, and we're so excited to see our talented young musicians perform!

All 12 performance spaces were snapped up incredibly quickly, and we know it's going to be a fantastic showcase of the hard work, confidence and progress our students have made this year.

Keep an eye on our page, as we'll be sharing some highlights and photos from the assembly afterwards. We can't wait! 🎹🥁🎤🎶

🌟 We love receiving feedback like this! 🌟

One of the best parts of what we do is seeing students leave lessons feeling inspired, excited, and ready to keep making music.

We recently received this wonderful review from a Yamaha keyboard owner who received a complimentary lesson with Will through Yamaha:

"I received a free piano lesson after buying a Yamaha keyboard and I got paired with Will Davey who is a brilliant teacher!

I got everything I wanted from this lesson. Will showed me how I can practice as a beginner and how to get better at improvisation.

Everything I learned today was new and exciting. Will even showed me a few cool tricks with the keyboard's different settings.

I feel like we covered a lot and I am grateful for all the knowledge Will passed onto me today. The lesson was so entertaining that I didn't even know when the time had passed.

I'm confident I will get better pretty soon just by following Will's teaching.

Thank you Will and Yamaha for this awesome experience!"

We're delighted that the lesson was both enjoyable and inspiring, and we can't wait to hear how their musical journey progresses! 🎹✨

Not every performance is perfect.

BUT… that’s the point 🎶

Performing helps students grow in confidence, resilience, creativity and self-belief — not just music skills.

Some students are nervous before stepping on stage.
Some excited.
Some have never performed in front of an audience before.

But every single one of them do something brave.

Moments like the concerts are such an important part of learning music 🎶

We’re incredibly proud of all of our performers at The Music Cube 🎹🥁🎤

We love having Parisa on the team 🎹

She’s a fantastic teacher who brings real energy, warmth, and care to every lesson. With a strong classical background and a genuine passion for piano, she’s especially passionate about introducing new students to the instrument in a way that feels engaging, encouraging, and accessible.

Her teaching style is thoughtful and interactive, helping students listen, explore, and build a real connection with music from the very beginning.

She also incorporates elements of the Orff approach, supporting strong musical understanding alongside confident playing.

And yes — like all great music teachers, she still loves to practise too. ✨

Thank you Parisa!

🥁🌟 Another amazing performance at our 2026 Winter Concert!

This was their second time performing with us at our Winter Concerts, and she absolutely smashed it!

She has also performed several times at the Heights assemblies and always brings so much confidence and energy to the stage.

Not only is she a fantastic drummer, but she also sings and plays piano too! 🎶🎹

Just goes to show you can do anything you put your mind too!

We hope you have a Motivating Monday!
