Today we had the students from the hospitality course with New Directions College into the café for some work experience!

Our café’s mission focuses on changing lives one job at a time by supporting people with disabilities and other barriers in their employment journeys. As part of this, we have partnered with New Directions College to provide work experience for the learners on their hospitality course. It was great to have everyone in today to gain some hands-on experience with our team ☕ 👏
Pleased to hear directly from New Directions College alongside fellow Whitley Labour and Church ward Councillors about the life long learning going on across Reading today
