Our Year 2 children had a fantastic time designing and making their own vegetable wraps! 🌯🥕🥒

They carefully chose their ingredients, practised their food preparation skills and had lots of fun creating their wraps. Of course, the best part was eating them afterwards! 😋

You may notice a slight refresh to our logo today…

We felt it needed something a little softer for spring 🌸

What do you think?

We loved being part of this! 🐰

Children at Earley St Peter’s designed and decorated their own Easter egg, which is now featured as part of the Easter Egg Hunt at Dinton Activity Centre.

Each section reflects the children’s creativity, ideas and careful painting. They were so proud to see their work come together into one big display.

If you’re heading over during the holidays, keep an eye out for our egg along the trail 👀

Special thanks to Mrs Tolladay for organising this wonderful thing!

We are proud to share the many successes across our school this term, as highlighted in The Keys Academy Trust newsletter.

It reflects the consistency, care and collaboration that underpin everything we do. From the quality of teaching and learning to the strength of our wider provision, there is a clear shared commitment to ensuring every child feels safe, valued and able to succeed.

This was recognised in our recent Ofsted, where the school was identified as strong across a number of areas. A reflection of sustained teamwork and a shared focus on getting it right for children.

Thank you to our staff, children and families who make this possible every day.

Year 1 have been busy writing their own alien adventure stories this week. After reading The Way Back Home by Oliver Jeffers, the children were full of ideas and used the story as inspiration for their own imaginative writing.

On Saturday, 30 children from Earley St Peter’s took part in the 2026 WASMA (Wokingham Area Schools Music Association) concert and what an incredible experience it was!

They performed as part of a massed choir alongside 20 schools from across the local area, singing beautifully in two part harmony. The concert took us on a journey through a range of musical genres including blues, jazz, pop and hip hop.

Some highlights included Rapper’s Delight, a disco medley featuring YMCA, and Wake Me Up, which had the audience dancing in their seats!

Our children were a true credit to the school, showing fantastic behaviour, maturity and enthusiasm throughout the three hour rehearsal and evening performance.

We are incredibly proud of all the children for their hard work and dedication in learning the music and lyrics.

A huge thank you also to our staff team, Mrs Tolladay for leading weekly rehearsals, and Miss Harbor, Mrs Hanton and Miss Sculley for supporting the children at rehearsals and the concert.

👏 What a performance, well done everyone!
