MY PEACE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

Not because life is perfect.
Because I decide it’s mine.

Happiness isn’t something you “find.”
It’s something you renew.

Every. Single. Day.

Because if your joy depends on:
• people behaving a certain way
• the world being calmer
• your past making sense
• your circumstances finally “improving”

…then you’re basically handing your power to anything outside of you.

And that’s the trap.

The truth:

Your happiness is a daily contract you sign with yourself.

Not a mood.
Not a reward.
Not something people “owe” you.

A choice you protect.

Here’s what changes everything:

You stop negotiating your peace with the world.

You stop saying:
“I’ll be happy when…”
and you start saying:
“I’m happy because I choose it… and I’ll find the good from here.”

This doesn’t mean you don’t feel pain.
It means pain doesn’t get to own you.

You can grieve and still stay grounded.
You can be disappointed and still be sovereign.
You can be triggered and still return to yourself.

Because your happiness isn’t fragile.
It’s trained.

Daily practice:

When someone’s energy is heavy…
When life throws chaos…
When the mind starts spiraling…

Pause and say:

“That’s not mine to carry.”
Then come back to the only place you have real power:
your inner decision.

Morning Mantra (say this before your phone)

Today, I demand my happiness.
I choose peace over reaction.
I choose presence over pressure.
I release what isn’t mine.
Nothing outside of me gets to drive my emotions.
I lead my energy. I protect my joy.
No circumstance has more authority than my soul.
I return to love. I return to myself.

Say it.
Mean it.
Repeat it.

Because happiness isn’t luck.

It’s leadership.

And today… you lead.

January doesn’t have to be all go, go, go 🫣

After a year of constant doing, this month can be a sacred pause — a time to slow your pace, soften your expectations, and reconnect with yourself😌

You don’t need to rush into becoming. There is a whole year ahead for action, growth, and momentum.

For now, let January be about rest, reflection, and refilling your cup🥰

✨ Journal prompt:
What do I need more of this month to feel grounded, nourished, and aligned?

Start gently. Trust the timing. 🤍

I love this bit! It’s like a great big pause button got pressed! Slow down, reflect on the year, declutter spaces around my home and declutter my tech, and create foods from leftovers. I don’t need to set an alarm, or even know what day it is and thats the beauty of it!! . What do you do in the bit between Xmas and new year?

It’s so easy to think that real change only comes from big leaps — a new job, a bold decision, or a dramatic lifestyle shift.
But in truth, it’s the tiny, consistent choices that shape who we become.

☀️ How you start your morning.
🪞 The way you speak to yourself.
🌿 What you allow into your mind and space.
💫 Who you share your energy with.

These little things build the foundation for your peace, confidence, and growth.
Over time, they transform your days — and your life.

So today, choose one small habit that feels aligned with the person you want to be. Maybe it’s taking a mindful breath before you start your day, writing down one thing you’re grateful for, or saying something kind to yourself.

💭 What’s one small habit you can focus on this week that supports your wellbeing or mindset?

✨ Hello my lovely followers! ✨
Happy October! 🍂 It’s been a while, I know. Life has thrown me a few curveballs this year and my priorities had to shift for a while. But here we are… October already!

They say you can reset, recharge, and restart as many times as you need to — and today, that’s exactly what I’m doing. 💫 I’ve become a bit of an expert at bouncing back and beginning again (sometimes with a laugh, sometimes with a wobble 😂).

Do you ever feel like no matter how many times you get going, something else comes along to knock you off course? I’d love to hear how you’ve found your way through those moments.

Here’s to fresh starts, second chances, and new energy this autumn. 🍁

Let’s Talk Grounding – and No, You Don’t Have to Be Barefoot on the Grass 🌿

Grounding gets talked about a lot these days, but I want to strip it back and keep it simple.

At its heart, grounding is about coming back to yourself. Back to the present moment. Back into your body—especially when your mind is racing, or you’re feeling a bit all over the place (we’ve all been there).

It’s not about being barefoot on a mountain or meditating under a tree for an hour. Honestly, it can be as simple as putting your hand on your heart and taking a breath.

Why grounding helps:
✨ Calms the nervous system
✨ Helps you feel more settled and less overwhelmed
✨ Gets you out of your head and into the now
✨ Helps you respond with more intention (instead of reacting on autopilot)

Here’s a super simple grounding practice you can try anywhere – no grass or crystals needed:
🖐 Look around and notice:
• 5 things you can see
• 4 things you can touch
• 3 things you can hear
• 2 things you can smell
• 1 thing you can taste or one thing you’re grateful for

It takes less than two minutes and it really works—especially when you’re feeling scattered, anxious, or overstimulated.

You don’t have to “do grounding perfectly.” Just come back to your senses. That’s it. That’s the magic.

Let me know if you try it—or if you already have your own way of grounding when things get a bit much 💛

Hello lovely followers!
It’s been a little quiet around here — I took a few months to focus on completing some courses, prioritising my health, and realigning with my goals. Sometimes, stepping back is exactly what’s needed to move forward with clarity.

But I’m back — refreshed, re-energised, and ready to dive back into coaching, networking, and hosting events!

Truthfully, coming back after a break can shake your confidence a little. But with the right mindset and a bit of courage, taking that first bold step forward makes all the difference.

So if you’re feeling stuck, low in confidence, or needing a boost in self-esteem — I’m here.
Drop me a message and let’s work together to help you step into your power and shine like you’re meant to!

What do you need right now? Do that! Look after you ❤️

Mama,
You don't need to take care of everything, you don't have to be a super mom, a super housewife, a super professional, a super woman.
Because when your body gets tired, there will be few who will remember that you tried to be all of this in one person.
So, leave the house for later, go for a walk, go to the park, start the gym, buy clothes, go to the salon, sleep, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, and do it exclusively for and for you.
Kids grow up, the husband sometimes leaves, the job finds a replacement, the house will get dirty again, but you don't get a second chance.
