I provide small-group and one-to-one in-person or online tuition for children aged 5-11 in maths. My focus is on creating a fun atmosphere for learning, using games and practical activities to engage your child.
I am very happy to arrange a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your child's needs and your aims for tutoring. Please contact me by email ([email protected]) or message me on here in the first instance.
Small-group in-person sessions take place at The Hive on Rayleigh High St https://thehiverayleigh.org.uk/ and I take up to 5 children of similar ability for these. These can also be done online.
For one-to-one tutoring I can come to your home if it is in the Rayleigh area. If not, sessions are online.
Sessions are carefully tailored to your child’s needs.
Small-group sessions are £20 per hour session and include planning, preparation, resources, feedback and suggested follow up activities.
One-to-one lessons are £35 per hour and include planning, preparation, resources, feedback and suggested follow up activities.
Sessions usually take place weekly in term time.
I have Qualified Teacher Status and am DBS certified. Certificates are available for inspection.
