π Celebrating GCSE Results Day 2026
Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of our Year 11 students as they receive their GCSE results.
Across the year group, there are some fantastic academic outcomes and individual successes to recognise, alongside many examples of excellent progress, determination and resilience.
Results Day is about more than the highest grades alone. For some students, success means achieving an exceptional set of results. For others, it is exceeding expectations, making significant progress from their individual starting points, securing a hard-earned pass or achieving the qualifications needed for their next step.
Headteacher Robert Harris said:
"There are some exceptional individual performances across a wide range of subjects, but success looks different for every young person. Whether a student has achieved the very highest grades, exceeded their own expectations, made significant progress or secured the qualifications they need for their chosen pathway, each achievement deserves to be recognised.
We are immensely proud of the resilience, maturity and strength of character this year group has shown β particularly given that their transition to secondary school and wider educational journey included periods of significant disruption.
We wish every member of the Class of 2026 every happiness and success as they move on to Sixth Form, college, apprenticeships and other exciting opportunities."
π Congratulations, Class of 2026. We look forward to sharing some of your individual successes and next destinations soon.
