This week’s update ⬇️

+1lb on the scale, some sugar cravings creeping in, but no side effects from the injection.

I’m trying not to fixate on the number, just refocusing on the basics. More steps, keeping meals balanced, and listening to what my body actually needs.

Also shared some of what I ate today because real life doesn’t look perfect, and that’s fine.
