VOICES on ART is thrilled to welcome the highly acclaimed artist Theresa Smit, Mooch, on Thursday, 6th July, 7:30, to join us for thoughts and talk on art in the public realm. Theresa describes art in the public realm as 'DRAMATIC INTERVENTIONS'. And Theresa's own dramatic interventions include 'Perfugium Miseris' and 'WHEE!
