Regency Performing Arts Welcome to RPAA - The Triple Threat Training Academy!🌟

Affiliated with Regency Productions🎭🎤 We have created a one-stop centre for any performer.

Here at RPAA we have 10 years of experience within the wonderful world of musical theatre and performance. We've learnt that to excel in this field you must branch yourself out into different disciplines. Whether beginners, first timers, intermediates or seasoned performers, we have something for everyone. Our sister company, Regency Productions, is an adult production company and produces a variety shows or musicals. Our training leads you onto being a part of our bigger, adult company. Our previous shows include:

High School Musical 1 & 2, Sweeney Todd, Fame, The Sound of Music, Footloose, Our House & many many more! Unrivalled in the area, our pupils will have access to the best equipment, facilities and teaching in Thanet, putting them at the top of their game. Whilst some pupils will enjoy a full range of classes, in order to pursue a career within a performance industry, we understand that other pupils would prefer fun, no pressure classes, that encompass their love for performing… At RPAA we offer just that - the flexibility of both. Enrolling from ages 3 to adult, we have an array of classes & performance groups for everybody. Take a look around our site and find out why Regency Performing Arts Academy is the perfect place for any budding performer.

🎶Summer Scholarship in LA 🎶

Earlier in the year, some of our Regency pupils took part in an audition with for their summer programmes.

Oliver was offered a FULL scholarship to this programme for two weeks in LA!

Oliver said: ‘The two weeks that I was at AMDA’s summer conservatoire we learnt different dance styles, two new songs for repertoire folder, a monologue and how to present ourselves in an audition. As well as this, we were given the opportunity to perform and have a real audition experience with incredible feedback, which I found really useful! The programme was really tiring but was so worth it and I came away feeling like I had learnt a lot. Thank you to my teachers at Regency for putting me forward for this audition!’

We are so proud of Oliver and we have noticed a huge improvement, especially in his dance skills.

We are excited to be partnering again with AMDA for another free workshop with industry Broadway professionals again later on this year. Watch this space 🩷🖤

🎭MAIN CHARACTER ENERGY🎭

A massive thank you to for today’s amazing workshop.

Today these pupils got the chance to work with professional MT performer and west end star Lucy May Barker.

All of these incredible pupils prepared an MT song of their choice, listened to others as they were coached on acting through song, vocal technique development and so much more.

A big thank you Lucy! Everyone came away with a massive confidence booster. So so beneficial for all 🩷🖤
