As an experienced Child and Adolescent Counsellor and Mum of 3 boys, I am offering Mindful Parenting Workshops, Individual Parenting and Family support and Coaching/Mentoring for Adolescents. I have been working with Parents and Children both in the UK and UAE for the last ten years and running Parenting Workshops both privately and in Schools during this time. Starting off 2026 by the sea - I’m always drawn to water no matter where I am in the world. Despite being in sunshine and some big life changes happening I’m definitely in wintering mode so taking it slow and steady with lots of boring wherever possible. My plan (that word feels far too active btw) and hope is to spend minimal time on social media this year. I want a space to connect in a more nuanced way so I will be bringing back some type of ‘newsletter’ (I use that term very loosely) to share how you can work with and continue to feel supported by me should you wish. I’m signing off now for my winter break, I’m not going to recap on all the things I’ve done or not done this year because it all feels pretty irrelevant considering the state of our world and the struggles people are facing. I’m simply sending hope, love and peace to anyone and everyone reading this message, you’re not alone and you’re loved and lovable. Grateful that we’ve connected this year. See you in 2026.

As summer comes to an end here in the UK, I’m so incredibly grateful for this beach where I live and it’s role in creating a space to walk, to think, to grieve for the world, to chat with friends, to walk my dog and most of all for providing a gathering space for family and loved ones. Water creates so much energy and provides a play ground as well as a healing space. I hope your summer has provided you with memories and glimmers too. I’m treasuring all of this and also welcoming Autumn with all its glory into my life. .
