That’s something we hear more often than you’d think after hip surgery.

Nordic walking can be an incredibly supportive way to rebuild confidence, improve posture, reduce joint loading, and gently return to movement. Using poles helps with balance, stability, and walking mechanics, making it a great option during recovery and rehabilitation when introduced appropriately.

This latest blog, written by Nordic4 instructor Anne, shares her personal recovery story after hip replacement surgery and how Nordic walking helped her get back on her feet again.
