You may have seen the below flyers (kindly donated from Rainford Village Hall) on the tables regarding the freestyle on the 2nd Friday of each month.

Just to clarify the freestyles will be starting from January. We have managed to secure 2 dates for this year :-
September Friday 11th
November Friday 13th
