✨ How do we make staff meetings engaging? ✨
Well… luckily, we don’t have to have them very often! 😂
We’re a nursery that believes in communicating well every single day, so we don’t feel the need to rely on regular staff meetings. Instead, we usually have them once or twice a year, or perhaps once every term when needed.
And when we do have a staff meeting, we want everyone to feel involved. 💬
One thing we’ve found works really well is mini prizes! 🎁
We’ll ask questions throughout the meeting, encourage discussion and collaboration, and have little prizes for staff who get involved or answer questions.
It might seem like a small thing, but it really helps to:

🌟 Get everyone talking
🌟 Make the meeting feel more relaxed and fun
🌟 Recognise staff for getting involved
🌟 Encourage teamwork and collaboration
We don’t want staff meetings to feel like something people have to sit through. We want them to be a chance to share ideas, listen to each other and work together — with a little bit of fun along the way! 🥰
Because when communication is happening well every day, staff meetings don’t need to be constant. Sometimes, less really is more! 💛
