💦 Sensory fun in the hall today! 💦
Today, the children explored a variety of water stations, including a car wash tray, a tray of flowers frozen in ice, and a citrus fruit water tray.
Using pipettes, paint brushes, toothbrushes, bowls, spoons, and scoops, the children were encouraged to investigate, experiment, and engage in hands-on sensory play. Through these activities, they developed their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and early problem-solving abilities. They explored different textures, temperatures, scents, and properties of water while practising pouring, scooping, squeezing, and transferring.
It was wonderful to see the children using their imaginations, building confidence, developing language through conversations with their peers, and learning through curiosity, exploration, and play!
