Emma is a theatre practitioner, trainer and coach, with a background as a theatre director and actor trainer. Emma is also founder of Emma Gersch Training Ltd which creates bespoke role-play based training for a range of business sectors. Emma also works as a mediator for Global Mediation, is a member of the Higher Education Faculty at Shakespeare's Globe. As a theatre director, Emma specialises i

n modern stagings of Shakespeare, and participatory storytelling theatre. She is Artistic Director of Moving Stories Theatre Company, and has directed and trained students at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Lamda and Mountview. Emma was Senior Lecturer and Teaching Fellow in Drama at Bath Spa University.
