Green Farm Butchery was set up to provide an experienced butchering service for local farmers, smallholders and stalkers. With a wealth of butchering experience to call upon, and a presence in the corporate entertainment market for around 25 years, we are pleased to be able to offer butchery courses to you. We are not only instructors but also entertainers, we are there to give our customers an en

joyable, educational day. We very much take this approach into our butchery courses and while we cannot make you a complete butcher in a day you will learn a lot of basics and have a great time doing so. Our courses are extremely informal and relaxed. We normally cater for a maximum of six people per course so it is a very hands on day.
