The weeks are passing by so quick we have so many on our list for college and university clothes and shoes and bags 🥺 we need a massive boost in age 16+ clothing male and female 🤞 we want these young ones to start their next chapter in life on an even chance with others 🤞 we can’t add any more onto our list as we would have to let them down before we give them hope 😢 please tag your young people who don’t have to worry they have nothing to wear ❤️ maybe they have things they don’t wear 🤞

“She’s just a fussy eater.”

Many parents of children with ARFID hear this over and over again.

But ARFID is not the same as typical picky eating.

A child with ARFID isn’t refusing food to be difficult, manipulative, or stubborn. They may be experiencing intense sensory sensitivities, anxiety around eating, fear of choking or vomiting, or genuine distress when faced with unfamiliar foods.

What looks like picky eating on the outside can actually be a child whose nervous system experiences food very differently.

Understanding the difference matters because children need support, not judgement.

Many children don’t 'ignore' the toilet… they simply don’t feel the signals in time.

When we understand what’s happening inside the body, we can respond with support instead of frustration.

School Starter Sessions 📚✏️

Our school starter sessions were absolutely gorgeous last year, and it was wonderful to meet so many little humans and bring everyone together for a meet up before they head to big school 🥹

I’ve added a few schools to the schedule for now. If you’d like me to include your child’s school, please get in touch. To make a session possible, I would need a minimum of 20 bookings ❤️
