Today is the last day for the remainder of our children who are heading off to school next week. 💜

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you and the wonderful little people you have become. It has been an absolute privilege to watch you learn, grow and blossom during your time at High Hopes.

We would also like to thank all of our parents and carers for trusting us with your precious children and allowing us to be part of their learning journeys. Your continued support and partnership have meant so much to us.

Although we are very sad to see you leave, we know you are all ready for this exciting next chapter. We wish you so much happiness and every success as you begin your new adventures at school.

Go and shine brightly—we will miss you all so much! Please don’t be strangers. 💜🌟

The simplest activities often provide the richest learning. 🙌

As the children build and balance towers, they’re developing hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, concentration and problem-solving. They’re learning about size, shape, balance and cause and effect, all while building confidence and perseverance as they try again when their towers tumble down.

What can we say? We’ve had such a lovely time that we didn’t manage to take any photo’s! 💜

Today, we gave some of our High Hopes family a very special send-off. We are incredibly grateful that their families chose us to be part of their children’s journeys. Although we are so sad to see them go, we know they will all go on to do amazing things.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them and the wonderful little characters they have blossomed into. 🌸

We wish them all the luck in the world as they begin their next adventures and continue towards their very bright futures.

Giving children real responsibilities helps them develop skills for life. 🥔

By helping to prepare their own lunch, the children learn how to safely use peelers and child-friendly knives, understand the importance of being careful around sharp tools, and take pride in contributing to their meal.

These everyday experiences build confidence, independence, fine motor skills and concentration while teaching valuable life skills they’ll use for years to come.

Sometimes, the smallest tasks provide the biggest learning opportunities 🌟

Pouring a drink may seem like a simple task, but it’s filled with learning. As children control their movements, coordinate both hands and judge how much to pour, they’re also developing concentration, problem-solving, perseverance, independence and confidence. At the same time, they’re strengthening the hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills they’ll use every day. 💧

🌿 There’s so much to discover beyond the nursery walls. 🌿

As the children collect natural resources, build dens and create pretend campfires, they’re developing their creativity, using maths to count, compare and measure, learning about the world around them, practising road safety and building confidence through teamwork and problem-solving. 💚

🌿 A brand new addition to our Under 2s garden this week!

We’ve just added this beautiful covered sand area to our dedicated Blossom’s outdoor space, creating even more opportunities for sensory play, imagination and exploration.

Did you know our babies have their own garden with water play, painting, a mud kitchen, climbing equipment, slides, ride-on toys and more? Our Blossom’s room has also recently been beautifully refurbished in line with our mission, vision and ethos.
