Back teaching again, this time in Germany, first time in two years, fabulous evening

I'm currently on an adventure, living in Bavaria, just outside Munich by Lake Starnberg for a year with my husband and dog. We're renting a house here and I felt the need to make mince pies. No mince meat and no ready made pastry, easy, just make it - done.

However, then comes the challenge of rolling out pastry in a tiny kitchen with no rolling pin, no tartlet tin and no cookie cutters.... Improvisation gone mad as all the shops are shut on Sundays and I need mincepies NOW :

Rolling pin - roll of clingfilm, apart from adding to the landfil it's great as it doesn't stick to the pastry so you don't need to add any additional flour (rolling out over a layer of baking parchment works the same but you need a rolling pin)

Tartlet tin - use muffin tin instead, simples

Cookie cutters - upturned mug

Yeay, mince pies in the oven

- Single electric induction hobs (£25 each);
- two Magimix Gelato Chef 2200 ice cream makers (£90 each);
- two big boxes of cupcake cases in a variety of different colours - tulip and scallop wraps, mostly tulip wraps, offers over £25;
- An Alan Silverwood 16 x heart cake tin with liners;
- Portable plug in 48L fridge £50;
- bundle of silicone bakeware inc 5 x red 6 heart cakes, 1 x pink 8 heart cakes, 20 x pink/orange loaf, 2 x 8 mince pie in blue and 2 x 12 hole fingers in red £20 the lot.
- two Silkomat 3d Chocolate Christmas Tree moulds, new in box but the box is a little squashed £15 each.

Drum roll please....back for one year only....my gingerbread house workshop. It wouldn't be Christmas without it, and after 18 years it seems a shame not to. This time it'll be on zoom, I'll provide all the recipes, ingredients lists, utensils lists, templates and there's even an accessories rental pack. Get in quick, limited places, price is per house at £75.

Big news....after 18 years of running the cookery school the business is now up for sale as we're moving to Munich in February for work. We're also selling up in Princes Risborough to buy a place in Dorset close to the sea so we have a base in the UK. With our youngest about to go to uni it's the ideal time for a change and new adventures. I'm offering 3 free spaces on my new Virtual Saturday morning cooking to key worker's children. If you are a key worker and would like you child to take park please message me with your name, contact number, email, details of your job and some proof of your role, preference will go to NHS staff (not doctors, you can afford to pay, sorry chaps). Depending on demand this will be at least one class or could be more.
