✨ ADULT DANCE CLASSES AT LCM DANCE ACADEMY ✨

Looking for a fun new way to exercise, get stronger and do something for yourself each week? 💗

We have two very different adult classes at LCM Dance Academy — one focused on fitness and conditioning, and one focused on traditional ballet.

🌸 ADULT BALLET FITNESS (PBT)
📍 Longwick Primary School
🗓 Mondays | 6:30–7:30pm

This is a FITNESS class — not a traditional ballet class!

Inspired by ballet, the class uses targeted movements, repetitions and conditioning exercises to help improve:

✨ Strength & muscle tone
✨ Core strength
✨ Alignment & posture
✨ Balance & stability
✨ Flexibility & mobility

We use a combination of yoga balls, Pilates balls and small hand weights to challenge the body and really target those muscles.

And of course… expect some upbeat music and that satisfying ballet burn! 🔥

You don’t need to be a dancer — just come ready to move, work hard and have fun!

🩰 BEGINNERS / INTERMEDIATE ADULT BALLET
📍 Bledlow Village Hall
🗓 Thursdays | 7:15–8:15pm

This one is a traditional ballet class, suitable for beginners through to intermediate dancers.

Work through a full ballet class including barre and centre work, developing ballet technique, posture, musicality, strength and flexibility.

The class is adapted to suit the different abilities within the room, so everyone can work at their own level. 💕

💗 WHY NOT TRY BOTH?

Join both classes for the full term and receive 40% OFF every Adult Ballet Fitness class!

💷 £5 TRIAL CLASSES AVAILABLE

So whether you’re looking to get stronger and fitter, improve your posture and alignment, or learn traditional ballet, we have a class for you.

Working on those Grade 2 ballet details! 🩰💜

This week we’ve been focusing on placement, posture and arm positions ready for our Grade 2 work this Saturday. ✨ It’s all about those little details — finding the correct alignment, beautiful arm positions and building confidence in every movement.

So lovely to see the progress already! 🥰🩰

New Grade 2 leotards = officially approved! 💜🩰✨

Our girls are absolutely loving their new Grade 2 ballet uniform, and they look so beautiful in them! 🥹

I love seeing these girls come into class, dance together, have a giggle and enjoy being surrounded by their friends. 💕 It’s not just about learning ballet — it’s about the friendships, confidence and memories they make along the way.

Our Grade 2 girls are looking gorgeous! 💜✨

Little ballerinas in the making… 🩰✨💗

There’s just something so special about watching these little ones discover the joy of ballet. From their first pliés to learning to dance together, every little moment is part of their dance journey. 🥹🌸

Our classes are all about building confidence, making friends and, most importantly, having lots of fun while falling in love with dance! 🤍

Our tiniest dancers are already looking the part! 🎀🩰✨
