This is us. 👊

People ask what makes Freestyle Martial Arts different. Here's the honest answer:

Every single one of our instructors came through our family programme.

Not hired in. Not brought over from somewhere else. They started as kids or parents in our Class — nervous, wobbly, unsure — and they grew here. That's not a nice bonus to what we do. It IS what we do.

Over 16 years. 10+ locations. Hundreds of families. And yes, we're busy — but we're busier being the best spouse, the best parents, and the best mentors we can be to everyone around us.

We wouldn't have it any other way. Because we love this.

So if you're looking for more than a martial arts class — if you want a positive, supportive community where your whole family belongs — come and join ours.

And honestly? This is only the start of what's coming. 🔴
