After a tough couple of weeks with my back injury, I’m finally on the mend, thank goodness! 🙏🏼❤️

Oh, how I’ve missed my lovely Zumba community! The laughter, the energy and all the fun we have together! 🥹🫶🏼

Of all the things I could do to hurt my back... HOUSEWORK!!🤦🏻‍♀️😅😂Seriously?!

It's been a pretty rough week, but today I decided enough of feeling sorry for myself... I just had to do what I LOVE most... DANCE!💃🏻❤️

And what better way than with one of my absolute favourite Zumba formats... ZUMBA GOLD!🫶🏼🧡

Low-impact, easy to follow, but still packed with all the FUN, energy and amazing vibes of Zumba Fitness!🎉

So here's a wee Cha Cha Cha for you!😍

I'm taking it easy, but I honestly can't wait to be fully recovered and back dancing with my AMAZING Zumba family!

Unfortunately, I hurt my back last Friday… not at the gym, not dancing, but doing housework! 🤦🏻‍♀️😅😂 Of all things!

It’s been pretty rough since then, but with some rest, anti-inflammatory tablets and physio exercises, hopefully I’ll be back to normal by next week. 🤞🏽🙌🏽

I’m really missing dancing, laughing and having fun with my amazing Zumba community! 💃🏻🫶🏼🥰 Can’t wait to be back on the dance floor with you all soon! ❤️🎶

P.S. Housework is dangerous to your health… avoid it whenever possible! 😅😂❌🙅🏻‍♀️⚠️
