๐ต๐ด๐ข Something new is coming to GritFit Bootcamp next week! ๐ต๐ด๐ข
To make our sessions even more accessible and enjoyable for everyone, weโre introducing a brand new RED bib level.
Hereโs how it will work:
๐ต Blue โ A gentler option, perfect if youโre new to training, returning after a break, managing an injury, or simply want to move at a steadier pace.
๐ด Red โ Our new middle level, equivalent to the current blue. Expect a great workout that challenges you without being overwhelming.
๐ข Green โ Still as tough as ever for those who love to push themselves and leave with wobbly legs and questionable life choices! ๐
So, if youโre currently Green, stay Green. If youโre currently blue and find it a good level, go red next week. If youโve tried blue and found it too much or want to start but are worried about keeping up, go blue.
The beauty of GritFit is that everyone can train together, regardless of fitness level. Whether youโre taking your first steps on your fitness journey or youโre a seasoned gym-goer looking for a challenge, thereโs now a level thatโs right for you.
No pressure, no judgement, just hard work, encouragement and a great atmosphere. ๐ช

Amazing effort tonight bootcampers! ๐ช๐ผ๐ฅ Although on paper it looked like we were just playing, with our pizza flip, snail race, cone steal and space hopper relay, It was actually a really tough one. Hope you enjoyed my new space hoppers ๐, definitely harder than it was when you were 8! ๐ฅต Extra well done and welcome to Chelsey & Cameron. Hope everyone who wasnโt well tonight is better really soon.
Next week we will have 3 levels so blue will be much easier, thereโll be a new red level which will be like the current blue level and then green will be its usual brutal self for the hardcore few who love a burpee or 50 ๐ ๐ต๐ด๐ข

Looking for a session that pushes you without taking itself too seriously? GritFit bootcamp is all about simple, effective full-body training mixed with intervals of cardio, strength work and functional movements. Expect a bit of everything โ squats, core work, circuits, partner drills and the occasional โwhy did I agree to this?โ momentโฆ followed quickly by laughter and a sense of achievement ๐
Itโs fun, friendly and welcoming to all fitness levels โ you work at your own pace, but youโll definitely leave feeling like youโve done something.
