Today we had some apprentices in practicing for their gateway and final EPA exams. Our tutor Ben Taylor first provided a demonstrated run through himself on a tricky footed horse, the focus was on process and formulating a game plan, he also highlighted critical decision making at decisive times during the exam. Now it’s time for the apprentices to have their go this afternoon.
