Date for your diary Winckley Square Festival 26 July 12noon to 4pm. All entertainment and activities completely FREE. Bring a picnic and no need to spend a penny. But please support us by visiting our cheap pop-up bar for cold beer and PIMMs. Bring the family for a really great day out.

This week holiday club has had lots of fun! We did lots of fun activities like decorating our own homemade biscuits , helping Mrs Metcalfe do some gardening! And making our own pizzas which was a huge hit! We also tried to dye celery leaves which we will wait and see how they come out and made our own muddy worm crumble!!!

Been busy tonight planting tomatoes and strawberries in our recycled milk bottles! Next week we need to transfer our runner beans from the window bags to pots. When they are stronger we hope to build a tepee with them! Watch this space…..

Does anyone have any egg boxes or bubble wrap we could please have for art projects? X

As the sun decided to hide away today, we had an amazing time playing lots of different party games! Everyone seems very interested in drawing competitions too at the moment, so we had another one today and had three winners! We made coffee filter butterflies and got very messy 🎨👩‍🎨

We’ve had another lovely day today in the sun! Planting sunflowers, finding ladybirds, making lifecycle plates and decorating cupcakes x

Today was so nice, we got to play outside for most of the day and enjoy the lovely sunshine! We made daisy chains, ladybird houses and played a lot of football. We then had a colouring competition with three winners! 🌈

We hope you all had the best Easter weekend! We had a really nice time on Thursday! Everyone got to go on an Easter Egg hunt, had an Easter party in the hall, played out on the big playground with chalks and even got to go out on the field! ❤️
