It's forecasting lovely weather this Sunday for animal therapy yoga at Ivy Dene Animal Sanctuary so I've decided to introduce their adorable goats for their first yoga session.

This could go disastrously well or just be a plain old disaster 😂either way it will be fun and don't worry , the lovely Rhona Regina has made the goats little 'L' plates 😍😍

As a Yoga teacher or any exercise teacher really , sometimes it's difficult to know which direction to go in.

Which classes work best for others?
What type of exercises do people want?
Which times will work best?
How can you truly help people?

This is why I became a yoga teacher , to help others find balance (quite literally in some cases!) peace, mental and physical health benefits and improve strength and movement.

As I've worked along the way , I've found the beautiful setting at Ivy Dene Animal Sanctuary to build my yoga studio.
I've found people love a good simple stretch to start the day, not necessarily yoga, but just a good all over body stretch
I've found people love fairy lights!
They adore the barn cats
Sunrises help people slow down and appreciate their surroundings.
And they love and appreciate step by step instruction

With this in mind I've created a timetable that will fit in around the working day, focus on the simple benefits of stretching and yoga and the pure joy of being surrounded by nature and animals 💕
