Another fantastic day out for the team as we attended the World of Work Careers Fair at The Nelson Thomlinson School in Wigton.

Following on from yesterday’s STEM event at West Lancs College, the team were back on the road, showcasing the exciting opportunities available when studying at Myerscough.

As always, our race car and simulator proved incredibly popular, with students keen to jump into the sim rig, test their driving skills, and get up close to a real race car. Using the BMW 116 emulator, students got a realistic taste of what it’s like to drive the race car on display. Today’s fastest time was Joeseph with a 1:22.260 🏁

Today’s event was aimed primarily at Year 10 students as they begin thinking about their future careers and the world of work. However, it was fantastic to see such great engagement across the whole school, with over 750 students involved throughout the day.

A huge thank you to The Nelson Thomlinson School for inviting us along and to our student ambassadors, Alice and Adam 👏
