Final qualifying for The Open next Tuesday and Mark Young & Simon Lucas PGA have both been drawn at Dundonald Links alongside a few notable names including former world number 1 - Dustin Johnson.
Wishing the lads the best of luck - there is going to be some live footage on the R & A’s YouTube channel.

What a day yesterday at Regional Qualifying for The Open. heskethgolfclub was set up tough with some jungle either side of the fairways. I shot -2 (69) to make it through to final qualifying next week. A big thanks to Chris Mullen on the bag for me from diverse_gym who has helped me out this season, also Longridge Golf Club for their continued support in my playing season and lastly Joe Senior from Wilson Golf for sorting me out with great equipment, balls and gloves.
I can’t wait for next week…… the dream is still alive!!!!! Let’s Go.

Practice round done for The Open qualifying today at heskethgolfclub. It’s playing tough with some serious jungle waiting for any missed fairways. I’m off at 1.53 tomorrow if anybody fancy’s ball spotting/ supporting me. Thanks to Longridge Golf Club and diverse_gym for their support this year in my tournament golf and chasing the dream…..
