I have been using this practice app recently and have found it brilliant to focus and plan my practice. Take a look to structure your practice this winter - also if you put “SIMONLUCAS” in the coach code I can keep and eye on how your getting on with the skill tests.

I’ve done a video on how it’s helping me which il share this week….

Well I did say I was going to take 2 weeks off from playing but I couldn’t wait more than 2 days to keep working on the swing….. some small changes in set up (but as you all know they feel much bigger) leading to a better turn behind the ball and much stronger impact with a better lead leg stabilising and less of a “wispy flash” across the ball with the club. (Before pics left…. After pic right)

My own winter practice plan has been written out and I’ve started using a great practice programme to help me structure my practice time. I’ll release more info on the “practice club app” soon….
