A warm welcome to Weeton Primary School! ππ
Secretly Famous nominations have been flooding in for members of their community since their recent install.
The young man proudly holding The Charger in the picture was nominated by us for his fantastic help during the install β spelling out the letters for the Secretly Famous sign and even doing a spot of vacuuming. What a star! βοΈ

An inspirational encounter with a headteacher has been the highlight of my week.
The leaders who are embracing Secretly Famous all seem to share a common trait β they lead with their ethos, not their ego. And they believe their role is to create more leaders.
Towards the end of our meeting, I was touched by her gesture to lend me a book that she excitedly told me would change my lifeβ¦
Iβve only read the title of the first chapter and I can see WHY!
The book is Legacy by James Kerr, βWhat the All Blacks can teach us about the business of lifeβ. The title of the first chapter is βCharacterβ, supported by a MΔori proverb, βWaiho mΔ te tangata e mihiβ, that means βLet someone else praise your virtuesβ.
It resonates with those wizardly words imparted to The Tin Man; something that inspired Secretly Famous in the first place β βA heart is not judged by how much you love, but by how much you are loved by othersβ.
For a film based on a fantasy novel, L. Frank Baum knew a thing or two about action.
Doesnβt The Tin Man look scrummy?!
