First result in this year, delighted to hear it's a grade 6. Come a long, long way since the Y10 mocks!

Shows what a year's consistent Maths practice can do.

Oh, next result is a 7. Well deserved for a hardworking and capable pupil!

Edit

Two more grade 7's and a grade 4 in Further Maths!

Another Edit

One more grade 7 and a grade 5.

I am very pleased with all my students' success. Delighted for them that their hard work has gained them such great grades!

The thank you cards and gifts are appreciated but this is what it's really about...receiving messages like this...

Hi I was just going to message you and seen this. He passed his exams and passed maths. So thank you so much for your help and support because he wouldn’t of done it without you x

Deee-lighted to hear that my first home-schooled student has achieved a grade 5 in his Maths.

I always knew he had the maths ability but when his parents chose to home-school him, none of us knew how it would go.

Two years on he has passed his Maths and English GCSEs. Thank heavens for his fabulous English tutor too.

This is exactly what I have being saying, why rush primary children through a huge curriculum then say half marks is the expected standard!

Report calls for reform of maths Sats and GCSE and warns pupils are being rushed through a crowded curriculum

I'm doing some summer booster work with some primary children.

Today one of my 7 year old students gave me a bunch of balloons. She said she didn't need two!
