Tomorrow our very own Zow Adele will take on the Manchester Half Marathon. It's not as a fundraising effort for completing tomorrow's big race, but it's all part of a bigger picture, as she trains for the London Marathon next year, where she is raising £2500 for Asthma & Lung UK charity.

Thank you to Collinson Silos for sponsoring Zowie this week...that was a lovely surprise for her.

We'll share how she gets on tomorrow!

Introducing Michael to our team! Michael joined us just over a month ago as an IT Engineer & Helpdesk Support.

He's already settling in fantastically and has been a hit on the helpdesk. Lots of lovely reviews coming in via our Smileback platform of the great customer service they've received, if Michael has picked up the phone.

Last night we headed along to Barton Manor for MJH Accountants Summer Ball....

Our Events & Marketing Coordinator Zowie invited along lots of guests to help them raise much needed funds for The Brain Tumour Charity.

Out of work, Zowie is a member of Preston Harriers & she got together a table of ladies from her club.

Also, she welcomed the family, friends & trustees of Thumbs Up for Charlie charity. It was sad to hear of their painful story of losing their gorgeous son, but his name, energy and smile still shines on in the incredible work they do to help other families.

It's so lovely to bring together different communities, through sports, charities, business contacts and friends - especially when it's for fundraising.

Thank you on this occasion to the Preston Harriers ladies who had a fabulous night!

Thank you to all the businesses who joined us today for 'How Smart Businesses Are Using AI' conference.

Adam & Jim did a fantastic presentation & information session on this topic, where they shared their expertise and knowledge on AI options for businesses, applying it to 365 Co Pilot, Co Work & Automations.

Everyone was genuinely appreciative of the invite, giving us really positive feedback we will be proud to share over these next few weeks.

It was great, as alongside many of our clients who attended, we also had a wide variety of other businesses who came along to learn and network, as well as a number of local smaller businesses who don't always get these opportunities.

Everyone in the room - whether they were a solopreneur or as many as a company with 100+ staff found it really interesting and helpful.

Also, a great venue with lovely food at The Flowerbowl!

Someone's been having a bit of fun! Our MD Adam was at the Q3 IT Nation Evolve in Birmingham last week for 3 days.

On Wednesday night, he was in his element at Arcade with a large group of other IT MDs from across the UK & Europe, as part of Community Day.

Aside from the arcade hype, this was opportunity for Adam to meet once again with his dedicated peer group for some hard work, genuine discussions & future planning for ongoing business development.

At AMP, we strive to be best in class at what we do and keep at the forefront of technology, cyber security services and managed IT.

IT Nation Evolve plays a huge part in our success story and journey so far.

And we're even allowed to have a spot of fun along the way! Who says IT has to be boring!

We're pleased to announce that our AI event is now full!!

Our 4th event at full capacity in 12 months.

Technically speaking the event isn't 'sold out' as it's free to attend, but all the designated spaces we planned to fill are taken.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there who's signed up!

And we can promise - it will leave you walking away with better ideas on how you can use AI and work smarter, not harder in your business, as well as understand risks involved if it's used the wrong way!

We loved attending Rawcliffe and Co Chartered Accountants Charity Ball two weeks ago! Almost £13k was raised by Rawcliffe & Co for two incredible charities: Brian House & Trinity Hospice.

We've got another one in the diary for the 19th September, too at Barton Manor. MJH Accountants are raising money for The Brain Tumour Charity.
