β SUCCESS STORIES β
π½Congratulations to all the Hutton students who represented South Ribble at the Lancashire Schools Athletics Competition at the weekend. Some excellent performances. Special mention to Ben Roberts breaking the Championship record for Discus held by Carl Myerscough since 1995. Carl went on to compete in the Commonwealth Games . . . No pressure Ben!
π Congratulations to Luke Hands for being selected to represent the Young Lions team to face England U19's and India U19's at the end of June. We have no doubt Luke will continue to make waves with his performances on the National stage.
β½ Eagle eyed Huttonian's from last year will have spotted Dan Armer representing Manchester United's First team on their tour of Asia. Dan got plenty of game time infront of big crowds and playing with the first team players. We look forward to Dan pushing into the first team!
π James Noblett who attended Hutton and Hutton Sixth Form is off to Twickenham to represent Lancashire in the Counties Final. James continues to make great progress at Preston Grasshoppers and we have no doubt he'll rise to the occasion at the National stadium.

In just 7 Days time we will be making the trip down South to the Allianz Twickenham for the Jason Leonard U20 County Championship Final. Its been a fantastic U20s season so far with a squad of immense talent. We've used 32 players across our 5 games with everyone playing their part. Sadly we can only take 25 players down to TW2 and following training last night the squad has been selected. See you all next week.
