Northern Microlights Northern Microlight is a microlight flying school based at St michael's -on-Wyre in Lancashire established back in 1983

Northern Microlights provides comprehensive flight training on both Flex wing and Three axis microlight aircraft. Tuition is available 6 days a week from our fabulous dedicated airfield just north of Preston Lancashire. We are one of the longest established schools in the UK and our CFI Graham Hobson one of the most experienced instructors in the country! Try a trial flight and we guarantee you'll be hooked

No Flying at Northern Microlight School yesterday even though the weather was perfect as both Mark and Graham took part and successfully completed the BAE K2B. For the uninitiated this is a 40 mile walk starting from Keswick through the Lake District to Barrow in Furness. They would like to thank all those who sponsored them raising several hundreds of pounds for MacMillan cancer charity.
