We were lucky to welcome Penny and Becca from Kirkham Station, Lancashire Constabulary into school to lead an engaging assembly about what the police do and how we can help them.

The children learned lots and asked some fantastic questions. A big thank you to Penny and Becca for their continued support in helping to keep our community safe! 💙👏

What a fabulous day we had joined by Joshua and other members of Lancashire County Council and our parish council. We were excited to be mentioned on Hits radio yesterday for our work planting the micro forest. It was such a muddy day! Joshua was a helping hand retrieving us from being stuck in the mud! No wellies were lost in the making of this micro forest!

Every child in our school went home with an Advent calendar, thanks to the incredible generosity of Pete Marquis. We are so grateful for this thoughtful gift as we begin the Advent season together.
As we open each little door in the days ahead, we are reminded of the value of hope—hope in God’s promises, hope in the light that Jesus brings, and hope that grows when we share kindness with one another.
Thank you, Pete, for helping us start Advent with joy, excitement, and a beautiful reminder of what this season is all about. ❤️🎄

✨🎄 A Spark of Hope This Christmas! 🎄✨
Our school community came together this week to light our beautiful Christmas tree, generously donated by Dobbies. The tree isn’t just decorated—it’s a symbol of hope! 🌟
Before the Rose Queen lit the church tree, our children joined our church family in worship, sharing in the joy and spirit of the season. Each paper chain on the tree holds the children’s heartfelt hopes—hopes for themselves, their friends, families, and the wider world during this special time of year. 🕊️💛
It was a magical moment of togetherness, reflection, and celebration—a reminder that even the smallest spark of hope can light up the darkest winter days.

All are welcome to join us lighting our tree kindly donated by in the school hall from 3.10pm. We will also be joining with our church congregation for a short service before our rose queen lights the beautiful tree outside.
