EPA 4 Health is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Qualification Development Lead to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of vocational education by leading the development of high-quality, regulated qualifications that meet the needs of employers, learners and industry.

As our Qualification Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing and reviewing qualifications and assessment materials, ensuring they are innovative, compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements and sector expectations.

Key responsibilities include:
✅ Leading the development and review of regulated qualifications.
✅ Designing robust, valid and reliable assessment materials.
✅ Managing qualification development projects from concept to launch.
✅ Working collaboratively with employers, subject matter experts and industry partners.
✅ Ensuring qualifications meet Ofqual requirements and awarding organisation standards.
✅ Driving continuous improvement across our qualification portfolio.

We're looking for someone with experience in qualification development within an Awarding Organisation, EPAO or the wider education sector, excellent project management skills and a genuine passion for creating qualifications that make a difference.
