What a beautiful end to ...an evening spent with the Brownies. Yoga flows, partner poses, magic crystal meditation and gratitude, oh and of course, unicorn mandalas!!! 🦄🦄🦄 I left to be greeted with this sunset and a heart full of gratitude. Thank you Brownies! 👧🏼👧🏽👧🏻❤🙏🏼⭐

Happy International Yoga Day.
How do we explain the wonderful benefits of yoga to our Little Yogis?
⭐️Thousands of years ago, the ancient yogis lived in the forest, the mountains, and the caves of India. They observed their environment, and saw how the animals and nature moved in perfect harmony. They imitated the movements of the animals, the trees, the mountains, and even the movements of the stars, and created a wonderful technique that is called yoga.
⭐️Yoga is a way to exercise our bodies, our breath, and our minds all at the same time.
⭐️Yoga helps us to develop flexibility and strength in our bodies, and happiness and peace in our mind.
⭐️Controlling our breath and learning about our mind and our body can help us with our emotions and how we react to situations and worries.
