If you want to be in a better place for yourself you will get tired doing it, but let’s face it you’re more tired of the things you can’t change (but you can make changes) the muscle in your head is the one to consistently improve, work on and convince.
22 vs 39 and I’m endlessly proud. 😊 I f it irritates you, this says more about yourself than I. I was unhappy once it was emotionally exhausting but enough was enough and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my body I’ve worked relentlessly hard for. This is a skill, never bought, never gives but grafted for.

Week 12 and I am a new bodweight low but that’s not what it’s all about.
This was always about falling in love with training and my purpose again, reducing all the stress inflammation and body fat and water I’d accumulated.
This was about me knowing my own worth without the need to feel I was being dictated to or controlled.
My coach and I have brought this together and that has all been through support, communication and it’s quite honestly been a breeze!!
56.6kg week 1 50.3kg today 😍🤯
Nobody and nothing can ever take away the skills and drive I have for myself. This is what happy looks like - strong, humble, confident and healthy.

Loving training sessions with my new catman buddy. Sometimes pushing hard can get mentally tough, when you then train with other people who push to the point of literally every last drop that’s when you know you’re gonna continue working for those hard earned results!
Darckuss Cole is a Beast! And we’ve had DOMS for days the last three sessions we’ve done on my program 💪🏼💥💪🏿
If you’ve too much time for a natter in-between sets ask yourself, am I training to the point of true results and failure? If not, get back to the drawing board and assess your own gym performance. It’s an art, building a body is not something to just sit around with.
Train with people who will push you to your very limits it hurts in the moment but it’s worth it for the aftermath!!! ✨

🧠 Understanding myself thoroughly to assess my energy, mood, hunger and stress to manage daily to not negatively impact me and my goals
This is commitment and it takes work, it make look easy but it’s a skill and becomes a very valuable part of your life and routine. I walked on my walking pad last night whilst reading pages of my book before my online course starting after a long day of clients and admin work 6.30am-5pm then course 6.30pm-8pm, bed at 8.30pm. There is ALWAYS time, it’s how we use it that makes us who we are.

Here’s a favourite memory that pops up. The man to my left was my Great Grandfather Richard Ryding. He was the first man to put a man ingle handedly above his head on a bicycle 🚲 now when my mum first told me this before seeing the photograph, I quite honestly didn’t believe it.
This man was truly strong!!! I mean look at the size of his delts in the other pic?! 💪🏼💪🏼 this resonates with me so well and makes me feel proud to be part of such a strong family history. On my dad’s side him and my uncle would go train in the old style Ironman garage gyms pumping iron and loving training.
My dad did a triple bodyweight squat in his early 30’s and when I was a strongwoman athlete (in the photo) I did a triple bodyweight deadlift.
So yes I have very blessed genes 🧬 on both sides of my parents which is why the gym to me always makes sense.
You don’t need to find someone strange or obsessive when it comes to their own fitness goals as well as lifestyle - this is ME this is where my heart is ❤️🔥 and this is what has made me the woman I am today! Cheryl Taylor’D Fitness could not have been possible without what’s in my blood and passion and I cannot wait to see how far my future continues to grow.
