Today our First Year Performing Arts students met our Second Years for the first time!

The groups teamed up to take on a series of fun campus challenges, helping our new students become more familiar with the campus while getting to know some of their peers.

Here are a few silly photos from day from finding our Student Manager to striking their best boyband and girlband poses!

❤️🖤 Meet our new L3 MTTA students! ❤️🖤

What a fantastic first day of induction!

Our new learners have already been working hard, getting stuck into their first sessions by performing a dance break and vocal section from It’s Time to Dance from The Prom. They sound fab as a group and are already creating a great sound.

We can't wait to get stuck in on Monday!

Welcome to the MTTA family ❤️🖤

Meet our new L2 Performing Arts students!

What a fantastic first day of induction!
Our new students have already been working hard, getting stuck into their first practical work by performing script extracts, learning vocals and tackling choreography.

It’s been brilliant to see their enthusiasm, energy and willingness to get involved from day one. We can’t wait to see how they develop and grow throughout the year!

Welcome to Performing Arts! ❤️💛

This year is all about building on the techniques you developed last year, pushing your skills further and growing in confidence as performers.

We’ll be working towards getting you audition-ready, developing your performance skills, professionalism and confidence as you prepare for the next steps in your journey.

Yesterday, we welcomed some of our prospective first-year students for a taste of what it's like to train at the Musical Theatre Training Academy! 🎭

🌟They spent the day tackling a fun (and slightly silly!) script, learning a dance routine, singing together, and getting a real feel for life as an MTTA student. It was fantastic to see everyone throwing themselves into the session with so much enthusiasm, and confidence.🌟

A huge well done to everyone who joined us, we hope you had an amazing day! Have a fantastic summer, and we can't wait to see many of you again in September. ❤️🖤

We know that not everyone was able to join us yesterday, due to holiday commitments, we hope you're having a fantastic summer, and we look forward to welcoming you to MTTA in September. If you have any questions before then, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

If you're still thinking about studying musical theatre, this September, there's still time! We'd love to hear from you, so feel free to get in touch for more information.

❤️🖤 Class of 2026 ❤️🖤

As another year comes to an end, it's time to say goodbye to our incredible Class of 2026.

In this video, you'll see Crissy, Maze, Nico, Storm, Katie, Emily, Isabel, Ella, Alice, and Trystan, taking down their headshots; a simple moment that marks the end of their journey with us and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

We are so proud of everything they have achieved during their time here. As they move on to drama school, university, gap years, new courses, and new adventures, we wish them every success and happiness for the future.

We can't wait to see where your journeys take you next and to follow all that you achieve.

We made it safely to Paris!! 🇫🇷

After whats seems like a long day of travelling and seeing the sights of Paris, we are now at the hotel where the students are enjoying a little bit of down time, relaxing in their rooms, and by the pool.

It was nice to capture a video of the students doing the can-can at 3am (not pressured, at all).

We are looking forward to our workshop day tomorrow followed by a day at the Disneyland park!
