Welcome to Beyond Borders

What if children around the world could meet one another through their stories?

Beyond Borders is a free international literacy project inviting children and young people to share stories, poetry and artwork inspired by their culture, heritage, traditions, communities and everyday lives.

Selected work will be brought together in a professionally published international anthology, launching on World Book Day 2027.

Schools, teachers, clubs, home educators and individual young people from around the world are welcome to take part, and participation is completely free.

We’re building something that lets young people say:

This is where I come from. This is my world. This is my story.

Different countries. Different cultures. Different stories. One book.
