Explorers and Adventurers headed out to the local community to help plant some wildflowers at the entrance to Great Eccleston. These wildflowers will help bees and other insects pollinate whilst making the local area beautiful! 🐝 🌷

A huge well done to all of our amazing Year 6 children this week as they completed their SATs.
We are incredibly proud of the resilience, determination, kindness and positivity you have shown throughout. The way you have supported one another, faced challenges with courage and kept smiling says far more than any test ever could.
Remember, SATs measure only a small part of who you are. They do not capture your creativity, your sense of humour, your compassion, your talents, your friendships or the wonderful individuals you are becoming.
Now it’s time to relax, celebrate your hard work and enjoy the rest of your final term at primary school — you’ve earned it! 🌟
This week at Forest School, the children enjoyed making pancakes over the fire! 🥞🔥
The session gave the children opportunities to develop a wide range of skills, including:
• Following instructions and sequencing steps
• Measuring and mixing ingredients
• Teamwork and communication
• Turn-taking and patience
• Fire safety awareness and safe tool use
• Fine motor skills through stirring and pouring
• Problem-solving and independence
Most importantly, the children had lots of fun learning outdoors, building confidence, and enjoying the experience together in nature. 🌿😊
