Prehistoric painting in Year 3 🎨
First we foraged the school field for any natural resources we could find and explored the different pigments they made when mixed with water. We then made our own paint out of flour, water, herbs and spices - just like they did in the Stone Age! Well done Year 3! 🧑‍🎨

“My favourite food is...Gruffalo crumble!” 🐍🦊🦉🌳
Reception Donaldson have had a wonderful Red Letter Day inspired by The Gruffalo. We found mysterious footprints, made our own Gruffalo masks and went on a hunt for the ingredients to make our own Gruffalo crumble, yum!🥣
