FREE activities on Little Hoole park over summer hols 👏🏻

Kindly funded by the Little Hoole Parish Council for the families of Little Hoole and surrounding areas 🫶🏼

We raised an incredible £2015 at our recent Summer Fair towards school projects and will be posting a yearly round up on here and dojo very soon so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Summer Fair reminders

🤸Any child(ren) wishing to perform in the Little Hoole's Got Talent show, please could a parent sign them up on the form at the School Office no later than Friday morning.
😎Secret bids for the four-night stay at Haven Lakeland Holiday Park can be made at the School Office.
🎫Raffle tickets! Return your stubs and cash to school asap this week to be in with a chance to win. More tickets are available if required.
🍾Non-uniform day on Friday for a tombola prize please.

Help Us Grow Our Next Projects!

Evening All

If you’ve walked through the school grounds recently, you’ve probably seen some of the transformations the Ground Force team has been working hard on. There may even be some you have not seen like the start of the woodlands.

We are incredibly proud of what’s been achieved so far to make our outdoor spaces brighter and better for the kids.

To keep this momentum going and tackle the next set of projects on our wishlist, we need a little bit of community backing.

We know everyone is busy, so we have a few options, you may have items from your shed or garage clear outs from the list below or you could chip in the price of a coffee to fuel the team.

1: Donate an Item from our list below -

If you have any of these gathering dust in your garage or shed! We are currently looking for:

🏫 Picket fence/Gates for reception area
🪵 Wood - we have projects across the site from Planters to Benches, bike storage and trim trails.
🪨 Rockery Stones or suitable edging for the pond area
Gardening tools, wheelbarrows etc
⚡Power tools
⚒️ Hand tools, hammers screwdrivers
💧 Power washer
🚰 Hosepipes so we can create a half term watering setup
🧚‍♀️ Fairy Garden items, fairy doors to add points of magic around the site
🌱 Greenhouse (polycarbonate)
🏚️ Outdoor Storage / Shed
🪓 Bark and Mulch for forest areas
🪵 Large Logs/Trunks for benches on campsites
🌸 Flowers and Seeds to fill the many planters across the site.

We will also have a dedicated Ground Force stand at the upcoming PTA Summer Fair on the 4th July! Come by to take a look at our before-and-after photos, see our future plans, or drop off any smaller item donations in person. We’d love to have a chat and show you exactly what your support is building.
