We had two amazing girls competing yesterday at fly high Sophie and Marnie 💜 Both girls did an amazing job of their routines and we are very proud of them .
A special shout out to Marnie who although she was very nervous and felt sick managed to win her category👏🏻👏🏻
She then went on to win top scorer out if all the juniors 🤩.
Then shocking us all with joint top score of the day alongside the adult category 😱😱🥰👏🏻x An amazing achievement for her very first finals competition. Well done Marnie ❤️🔥

A safe, calm and nurturing space for new mums to connect, learn and find your village. 🥰

Imagine walking into a room with your baby after a difficult morning.
Nobody minds that you’re late.
Nobody minds that your baby is crying.
Someone hands you a cup of tea.
You sit down.
That thing you’ve been worrying about? Another mum says, “Mine does that too.”
You learn something useful.
You have a piece of cake.
You take ten minutes to breathe.
And when you leave, you don’t feel quite so alone.

That’s The New Mums’ Club. 🤍

This is a 5 week journey through the early days of motherhood.

Each week there will be:

☕ Coffee & cake
💬 Connection
🌿 Calm
💬 Honest conversation
📚 Something useful to learn
🌿 A little time to breathe
👶 Babies very welcome

5 weeks.
5 little moments of support.
One village. 🤍

Over the five weeks we’ll cover topics such as:
🌿 Surviving the Fourth Trimester
🌙 Settling baby and promoting sleep 
❤️ Baby Massage
⛑️ First Aid taster 
🥕 Weaning support and advice 
💪 Returning to exercise after birth 
⭐️ Celebrating you as a new mum

There’ll be guest professionals, practical support, baby massage, relaxation, lots of time to chat and ask questions (and plenty of hot drinks and cake!) — and absolutely no expectation that you or your baby have to be “perfect”.
Your baby can cry (and so can you, if you want!).
You can arrive exhausted.
You can feed, change or cuddle your baby whenever you need to.
This is a safe space to come exactly as you are.
Because sometimes what a new mum needs most isn’t another piece of advice.
It’s someone saying:
“I’ve been there too.”
