Our primary trainees have undertaken their first Intensive Training and Practice (ITAP) week, focusing specifically on how to build positive relationships with pupils, investigating the brilliant work of around ‘Visible Kindness’ 📖👨‍🏫

Trainees have observed visible kindness in action at our fabulous lead school SMSP, critically analysed the observed practice and underpinning research and have had the opportunity to practise these skills back in their placement schools too!

Applications to train with Mersey boroughs ITT Partnership are still open for September 2024 - a truly school led route into teaching.

Trainees can expect hands on experience in our partner schools during their training year, as well as brilliant taught sessions here at our training centre, led by outstanding expert practitioners.
