Evergreen Music and Drama Children's music and drama classes every Saturday morning in Finsbury Park We keep our classes varied, filled with games to promote imagination and play.

Evergreen was born out of a combined passion of Susie and Michelle’s love of music, acting and teaching. The arts enriched our lives as children and gave us a place to express ourselves and make friendships in a positive and creative environment. Our Mission

Our aim is to offer an alternative to other local theatre schools, which tend to focus on rigid syllabuses. We have created classes which aims to keep the children engaged and focused by mixing percussion, ukuleles, drama games, songs and story telling. We also love to show you what we have been working on with an end of term performance. Promoting Individual Skills

We encourage children to participate in all our class activities, however if a child isn’t responding to a ukulele and would rather pick up a drum we will try and help them find their passion and voice in a patient and encouraging place. Affordable Arts

We have tried to create an affordable class to ensure all children have access to the wonderful and inspiring world of the arts, and enjoy the benefits that music and drama brings. Safe and Small Classes

We strive to create a space where children can build skills, explore their creativity, make friends and have fun. All of our teachers are DBS checked and insured. We keep our classes small and welcoming so we have the opportunity to get to know and recognise the needs of the children.

🎉💚10 years of Evergreen Music an Drama 💚🎉

Thank you for coming to celebrate with us! What a wonderful ten years teaching your brilliant children.
Hundreds of children have passed through our classes and we’ve loved teaching each and every one. If you’ve attended one class, or stayed with us these whole ten years ( how lucky are we!) you’ve made a difference to our small school and we appreciate all your love and support.

We started with just 4 students and one class. Our aim was to provide an alternative theatre school where every child’s unique skills were supported and nurtured.

We now have 5 classes, holiday clubs, 65 students over Friday and Saturdays - you’ve certainly kept us busy!

We also have the best teaching staff working along side us. Their care for the students and dedication to their amazing teaching keeps us going, we couldn’t do it without them 🤩

We love these Saturdays and the students who brighten up our day just by being themselves.

Now roll on July’s showtime!🎭 Back to rehearsals we go…

Well done to all of our performers for our Summer Cabaret, and our 11+ show ‘At First I Was Afraid ( I was petrified)’ which we performed at the Studio space in theatre.
We are so proud of all of our Evergreen students and can’t wait to start all over again in September! 🌞.
